You won't believe its not meat! Our creation for dinner tonight is the Beyond Meat crispy chow mein noodles. Forget takeout, this meal will be on your dinner table faster than you can say 'delivery'!

Before starting, wash and dry all produce. Rinse noodles in warm water until separated. Drain well. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add 1 1/2 tbsp oil (dbl for 4 ppl), then noodles. Cook, stirring often, until crispy, 4-5 min. Remove pan from the heat and transfer noodles to a plate. Set aside.
Core, then cut peppers into 1/2-inch slices. Thinly slice green onion. Whisk together sesame oil, vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch and 1/2 cup water (dbl for 4 ppl) in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Heat the same pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add 1 tbsp oil (dbl for 4 ppl), then peppers and onions. Cook, stirring often, until tender-crisp, 4-5 min. Season with salt and pepper. Remove pan from the heat and transfer veggies to another plate.
Heat the same pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add 1 tbsp oil (dbl for 4 ppl), then add the Beyond Meat. Season with salt and pepper. Break up patties into bite-sized pieces with a spatula. Cook, stirring often, until slightly crispy, 5-6 min.**
Add veggies to the pan with Beyond Meat, then add the peas and sesame sauce. Remove the pan from heat. Stir together, until slightly thickened, 2-3 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide crispy noodles between plates. Top with Beyond Meat stir-fry and sprinkle over green onions.
