Cooking Steps

  • Before starting, preheat the broiler to high.
    Wash and dry all produce.
  • Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch rounds
  • Cut any large borccoli florets into bite sized pieces.
  • Roughly chop parsley.
  • To a small bowl, add horseradish sauce, sour cream and half the parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to mix.

  • Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Pat steaks dry with paper towels and arrange on prepared baking sheet.
  • Season steaks with half the garlic salt and pepper. Drizzle 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil overtop. Flip to coat.
  • Broil in the middle of the oven for 6-8 min until cooked to desired doneness.**

  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • When hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, zucchini, broccoli and 1/4 cup (same for 4 p?) water. Season with remaining salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 min, stirring often until tender crisp. 
  • While veggies cook, mivrowave? mash.

  • Thinly slice steak.
  • Divide potatoes, veggies and steak between plates.
  • Spoon horseradish sauce over steak.
