Cooking Steps

Soak noodles and start prep

  • Before starting, preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce.
  • To a large bowl, add chow mein noodles. Using tongs, loosely separate noodle strands. Cover with hot water from the tap. Let sit for 5 min.
  • While noodles soak, halve zucchini lengthwise, then cut into 1/4-inch half moons.
  • Core, then cut pepper into 1/8-inch thick slices.
Strain noodles and make sauce

  • Drain noodles, then return to the bowl. 
  • Add 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil and half the Asian Sesame Blend. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine honey-garlic sauce and oyster sauce.
  • To another large bowl, add zucchini, peppers and 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil. Sesaon with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Prep chicken

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels. 
  • Season with remaining Asian Sesame Blend, salt and pepper.
Bake noodles, veggies and chicken.

  • Brush the aluminum tray with 1/2 tbsp oil. 
  • In the aluminum tray, arrange noodles in an even layer.
  • Top noodles with chicken.
  • Nestle veggies in and around chicken.
  • Spoon 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) sauce mixture over chicken, then drizzle 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil over top.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 26-30 min until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.**
Finish and serve

  • Thinly slice chicken.
  • Directly on the tray, toss noodles and veggies with remaining sauce, scraping up any crispy noodle bits.
  • Divide noodles, veggies and chicken between bowls.
  • Using scissors, snip green onions over top.
