Prep
1
  • Before starting, preheat the broiler to high. Wash and dry all produce.
  • Pat turkey dry with paper towels, then cut into 1-inch pieces.
  • Thinly slice green onions.
Cook turkey
2
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high. When hot add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, then turkey.
  • Cook for 3-4 min, stirring often, until turkey is golden.
  • Add Indian Spice Mix. Cook for 1 min, stirring often, until turkey is coated. Season with salt and pepper.
Finish turkey tikka
3
  • To the same pan, add tikka sauce, roasted peppers with their liquid and 1/2 cup (1 cup) milk.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 4-5 min, stirring often, until turkey is cooked through and sauce has thickened slightly.**
  • Add half the green onions. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
Microwave rice
4
  • Follow the package directions for microwaving rice.
Broil flatbreads
5
  • Meanwhile, on an unlined baking sheet, arrange flatbreads, then brush with garlic spread.
  • Broil in the middle of the oven for 3 min, until golden. (TIP: Keep your eye on them so they don't burn.)
Finish and serve
6
  • Cut flatbreads into quarters.
  • Divide rice between plates then top with turkey tikka.
  • Sprinkle the remaining green onions over top.
  • Serve garlic flatbreads alongside.
