Cook turkey and onions

  • Before starting, preheat broiler to high.
    Wash and dry all produce.

  • Cook for 2-3 min, stirring often, until mushrooms have softened.

  • To the pan, add beef stock powder and 1/4 cup (1/2 cup) water. Cook for 1-2 min, stirring often, until slightly thickened.

  • Meanwhile, halve buns and spread cut sides with remaining garlic spread.
