Cooking Steps

  • Remove any brown spots and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
  • To an unlined baking sheet, add potatoes and 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil. Season with 1/2 tsp (1 tsp) garlic salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
  • Roast in the middle of the oven for 22-25 min, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden.

  • Meanwhile, cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. 
  • Thinly slice mushrooms into 1/4-in pieces.
  • To a small bowl, add softened butter, 1 tsp (2 tsp) sesame oil and both conentrate. Season with pepper, the stir to combine. 
  • Line a baking sheet with foil.

  • Pat sea bass dry with paper towels, then season with 1/4 tsp (1/2 tsp) garlic salt and pepper.
  • Arrange fish on the prepared baking sheet. Top with miso-butter mixture. 
  • Roast in the  bottom of the oven for 12-15 min, until cooked through.** (TIMING UNCONFIRMED)

  • Meanwhiel, heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add broccoli and 1/4 cup (1/2 cup) water. Cook for 4-5 min, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender-crisp. 
  • Transfer broccoli to a medium bowl. 
  • Add remaining sesame oil to the same pan, then mushrooms. Cook for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally, until softened. Return broccoli to the pan with mushrooms. Stir to combine, then season with 1/4 tsp (1/2 tsp) garlic salt and pepper. 
  • Remove the pan from heat.

  • Divide potatoes, veggies and fish between plates.
