"Meal is pre-cooked and ships ready-to-heat in your oven or microwave. Cool weather calls for hearty Bolognese. Ours sticks to tradition, with lean beef slow-cooked with mirepoix, garlic, Italian herbs and spices and splashes of red wine and cream, then served over our red lentil fusilli. A scattering of Parm finishes, while alongside garlic-roasted veg, including broccoli, cauliflower, onion, zucchini and bell pepper, rounds out the dish."

1. Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup. 
2. Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove meal, let cool, peel off film, plate and enjoy!
