Cooking Steps

Roast potatoes

  • Before starting, preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Wash and dry all produce.
  • Remove any brown spots from potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch wedges.
  • To an unlined baking sheet, add potatoes, half the Zesty Garlic Blend and 1 tbsp oil. (NOTE: For 4 servings, use 2 baking sheets, with 1 tbsp oil per sheet.) Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
  • Roast in the middle of the oven for 24-28 min, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden. (NOTE: For 4 servings, roast in the middle and the bottom of the oven, rotating sheets halfway through.)
Make patties

  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine chicken, panko, remaining Zesty Garlic Blend and 1/4 tsp (1/2 tsp) salt.
  • Form chicken mixture into two (four) 5-inch-wide patties. (NOTE: Your mixture may look wet, this is normal! In step 3, you can carefully reshape patties when cooking.)
Cook bacon and patties

  • Cut bacon strips in half crosswise. 
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium. When hot, add bacon. Cook for 5-7 min, flipping occasionally, until crispy.**
  • Remove from heat. Using tongs, transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Set aside.
  • Discard bacon fat. Carefully wipe the pan clean.
  • Reheat the same pan over medium high, add 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil, then patties. Pan-fry for 5-6 min per side, until cooked through.**
Prep tomato

  • Meanwhile, cut tomato into 1/4-inch rounds.
Toast buns

  • Halve buns.
  • On another unlined baking sheet, arrange buns, cut-side up.
  • Toast in the top of the oven for 4-5 min, until golden. (TIP: Keep your eye on them so they don't burn!)
Finish and serve

  • Spread half the Caesar dressing on bottom buns, then stack with patties, spring mix, tomatoes and bacon. Close with top buns.
  • Divide burgers and roasted potato wedges between plates.
  • Serve remaining Caesar dressing alongside for dipping.

If you've opted to add bacon, heat a large non-stick pan over medium. When hot, add bacon. Cook for 5-7 min, flipping occasionally, until crispy.** Remove from heat. Using tongs, transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Set aside. Discard bacon fat.
