Cooking Steps

Cook Impossible® Burger Patties and beans
1
  • Before starting, preheat the oven to 450˚F. Wash and dry all produce.
  • Drain, then rinse beans.
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high.
  • When the pan is hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, then Impossible® Burger Patties and beans. Cook for 5-6 min, breaking up patties into smaller pieces, until crispy.**
  • Add Mexican Seasoning, stirring often for 1 min, until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble nachos
2
  • Onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread tortilla chips out evenly.
  • Top with Impossible® Burger Patties-bean mixture, then cheese.
Bake nachos
3
  • Bake nachos in the middle of the oven for 4-5 min, until cheese is golden and melted.
Finish prep
4
  • Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into 1/4-inch pieces.
Finish and serve
5
  • Divide nachos between plates, then sprinkle tomatoes over top.
  • Dollop guacamole and sour cream over top.
6

If you've opted to get Impossible® Burger Patties, cook for 5-6 min, in the same way as the chorizo, breaking up patties into smaller pieces, until crispy.**
