If you've opted for salmon disregard instructions to soak skewers. Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Season salmon in the same way the recipes instructs you to season the shrimp. Disregard instructions to use skewers.
On the grill, place foil, then arrange salmon on top of foil, skin-side down. Close lid and grill for 6-9 min, until salmon is cooked through.** When salmon is done, break salmon up into large pieces, removing and discarding skin. Follor the rest of the recipe as written.
