You won't believe its not meat! Our creation for dinner tonight is the Beyond Meat® taco. Tender beans, smoky seasoning, flavourful tortillas and crisp pieces of beyond meat. Enjoy each bite of this beyond taco, perfect for all seasons!

Before starting, wash and dry all produce.Don't have a garlic press? Lay the garlic cloves on a chopping board, then place a chef’s knife on top and press down firmly to crush. Finely chop the garlic. Core, then finely chop peppers. Roughly chop cilantro. Zest, then juice the lime. Quarter tomatoes. Peel, then mince or grate garlic.
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add 1 tbsp oil (dbl for 4 ppl), then onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, 3-4 min. Add Beyond Meat®, garlic and Mexican seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up Beyond Meat® into smaller pieces, until crispy, 4-5 min.**
Add beans, including the liquid from the box, to the pan. Cook, stirring often, until warmed through and slightly thickened, 2-3 min. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
While the filling cooks, combine peppers, tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro and 1 tbsp oil (dbl for 4 ppl) in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir together sour cream and lime zest in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Wrap tortillas in paper towels. Microwave, until tortillas are warm and flexible, 30 sec - 1 min.
Divide Beyond Meat® and bean mixture between tortillas. Top with crema and salsa. Divide tacos between plates.
