Is Chefs Plate associated with HelloFresh?

Yes, Chefs Plate is a division of HelloFresh in Canada! We are proud to serve Canadians through both HelloFresh and Chefs Plate.

If you are a Chefs Plate customer, the payment reference for your orders may show as HelloFresh, depending on your finacial institution. If you have any further questions or would like some more information about this, please don't hesitate to contact us at 1 855-272-7002.

Is HelloFresh a subscription service?

Yes! We run a flexible subscription service so you can customize it to what best suits your lifestyle, with the option to skip weeks whenever you want.

All you have to remember to is to make any changes to your account before the weekly deadline; 11:59PM PST, 4 days before your delivery.

What is a flexible subscription?

With a HelloFresh's flexible subscription, you will receive a box of fresh ingredients and delicious recipes every week. If you wish to skip a week of your subscription, you have until 11:59pm PST 4 days before your next delivery to update your delivery schedule in your HelloFresh account.

Is there a minimum subscription length?

Nope! There's no minimum term for any of our subscriptions.

Just make sure to make any changes to your account before the deadline, 11:59PM PST 4 days before your delivery

How do I stop receiving marketing materials in the mail?

At HelloFresh, we take customer privacy and anti-spam legislation very seriously.

To stop receiving unaddressed mail, please follow the instructions from Canada Post.
