Gravy Spice Blend
(Contains Soy, Wheat)

Before starting, wash and dry all produce. Start after the cooking intermission! Heat a medium pot over medium heat. When hot, add 2 tbsp butter, then swirl the pot until melted, 30 sec. Sprinkle Gravy Spice Blend over butter. Cook, stirring often, until golden-brown and fragrant, 2-3 min.
Add 1 cup reserved turkey drippings, broth concentrates, 1/2 tbsp chicken salt and 1/2 tbsp thyme, then bring to a boil over high. (NOTE: If you don‘t have enough drippings to make 1 cup, top up with water!) Once boiling, reduce heat to medium. Simmer, whisking often, until gravy reduces slightly, 4-5 min.
Transfer gravy to a gravy boat.
