Golden almonds and graham cracker crumbs make a sumptuous streusel to top off juicy orange slices and honey whipped cream. Each wholesome component is full of lush and cozy flavour!

Make almond streusel

Add 2 tbsp butter to a small pot. Melt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 1-2 min. When butter is melted, remove the pot from heat, then stir in graham cracker crumbs, almonds and 1/8 tsp salt. Transfer almond streusel to an unlined baking sheet and spread in an even layer. Bake in the middle of the oven until almonds are golden-brown, 4-6 min. Set aside until ready to serve.

Prep oranges

While almond streusel bakes, zest half an orange. Cut a thin piece off the top and bottom ends of orange. Place one flat end of orange on a cutting board, then cut the peel away from top to bottom, turning orange as you go. Once peeled, place orange on its side and slice into 1/4-inch rounds. Remove and discard any seeds. Peel and slice 5 more oranges. Gently transfer orange slices to a large platter or individual plates. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Make honey whipped cream

Add chilled cream, 1 tsp orange zest and 2 tbsp honey to a large bowl. Using an electric mixer or whisk, beat until stiff peaks form, 2-4 min. (NOTE: 1-2 min with an electric mixer on high.) Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Finish and feast

Just before serving, stir together 2 tbsp honey and Pumpkin Pie Spice in a small bowl. Drizzle spiced honey mixture over orange slices. Dollop honey whipped cream over oranges, then sprinkle almond streusel over top.
