Juicy striploin strips and sweet peppers are lovingly wrapped in a cheesy toasted flatbread .. and thats just ONE of three components in this grill recipe. Paired with sweet corn and a side salad of juicy tomatoes with crisp cucumbers, dinner tonight is a celebration of summer bbq flavors!

Instructions

  • Quarter peppers, then remove seeds and core.
  • Thinly slice cucumber
  • Halve tomatoes.
  • Thinly slice chives
  • Husk corn, then halve crosswise.

  • Add vinegar, 1/2 tsp (1 tsp) sugar and 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil to a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to mix.
  • Add cucumber, tomatoes and half the chives. Toss to coat.

  • Add corn, peppers and 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil to a large bowl. Season with half the Zesty Garlic Blend, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Add steak, and 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) BBQ sauce to a shallow dish. Using hands, massage BBQ sauce into steak. Season with remaining Zesty Garlic Blend, salt and pepper.

  • Add corn to grill. Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, until tender and grill marks form, 8-10 min.
  • Add peppers to grill, skin side down. Close lid and grill, flipping once until tender crisp and grill marks form, 6-8 min.
  • Transfer veggies to a plate. Clean and re-oil grill if necessary.

  • Add steaks. Close lid and grill, flipping steaks once, until cooked to desired doneness, 4-6 min per side.**
  • Transfer steak to a cutting board. Loosely cover with foil and set aside to rest, 4-5 min. Turn grill off.
  • Add flatbread. Sprinkle cheese overtop. Cover and cook until cheese melts, 2-3 min.

  • Thinly slice peppers.
  • Thinly slice steak.
  • Cut flatbread in half crosswise. And arrange on a clean surface. Top with steak and peppers.
  • Divide wraps, salad and corn between plates.
  • Drizzle remaining BBQ sauce and sprinkle remaining chives over wraps.
