  • Before starting, preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Wash and dry all produce
  • To a medium bowl, add beef, breadcrumbs, egg, 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) milk and Zesty Garlic Blend. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well to combine.
  • To a parchment-lined baking sheet, add meatloaf mixture. Carefully pat and shape the mixture into a large oval shape 1'' tall. Shape the sides into a skull shape, leaving a large top for the brain, indents near the eyes, and a jawline.
  • Brush with half the ketchup overtop the entire meatloaf.

  • Peel, then cut onion in half.
  • Using one of the layers of onion, cut it in half creating two eyes. Place the eyes on the meatloaf pushing into slightly.
  • With another layer of onion, gently cut the teeth in, cutting out a little space in between the teeth. Place in the appropriate area pushig gently into the meatloaf.

  • Cut bacon strips in half.
  • Gently layer the bacon across the mummy face leaving spaces for the eyes and teeth.
  • Roast in the middle of the oven for 20-25 min, roasting halfway through**

  • Remove any brown spots from potatoes. Peel, then cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. To a large pot, add potatoes, 2 tsp salt and enough water to cover (by approx. 1 inch) (use same for 4 servings). 
  • Cover and bring to a boil over high. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-high. Simmer uncovered for 10-12 min, until fork-tender.

  • Drain and return potatoes to the same pot, off heat. Mash 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) butter, 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) milk and sour cream into potatoes until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Spoon mash potatoes on top plate and shape into a coffin shape.
  • Carefully pick up meatloaf using a spatula and place on top of mash potatoes.
  • Served Ketchup along the side.
