Instructions

Prep

  • Cut each flatbread into 8 equal wedges.
  • Peel, then halve carrot crosswise, then cut into 1/2-inch matchsticks.
  • Core, then cut each apple into 8 equal wedges.
Heat flatbread

  • Wrap flatbread wedges in paper towels, then microwave on high for 1 min. (NOTE: You can skip this step if you don't want to warm the flatbread!)
Finish and serve

  • Plate carrot sticks and flatbread wedges with hummus and tzatziki alongside for dipping.
  • Serve cheese curds and apples on the side.
  • Drizzle honey over apple wedges.
