Utensils

•Large Non-Stick Pan
•8x8" Baking Dish
•Silicone Brush
•Baking Sheet
•Small Bowl
•Measuring Spoons

Instructions

Bake brie and toast walnuts
1
  • Remove brie from packaging and place in an oven-safe dish or 8x8-inch baking dish. Dollop blueberry jam over top of brie.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven until brie softens, 18-20 min.
  • Turn the oven to high broil.
  • Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • When hot, add walnuts to the dry pan. Toast, stirring often, until golden-brown, 4-5 min. (TIP: Keep your eye on them so they don't burn!)
  • Transfer to a plate.
Make crostini
2
  • Cut ciabatta width-wise into 1/4-inch slices.
  • Add 1 tbsp butter to a small bowl. Melt in the microwave, 30 sec. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Arrange ciabatta slices directly on an unlined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
  • Broil in the middle of the oven until golden-brown, 2-4 min. (TIP: Keep your eye on the crostini so they don't burn!)

Finish and serve
3
  • Transfer blueberry baked brie to a shallow serving dish, then sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
  • Cut out a small wedge of brie to allow for serving.
  • Serve crostini alongside.
