Yes. We run a flexible subscription service where you can change or amend your order if you want to take a break. Just let us know by the 11:59PM EST deadline on Wednesday before the following week's delivery so we can let our fresh suppliers know.
Is there a minimum subscription length?
There is no minimum length for HelloFresh subscriptions.
Can I skip a week of my subscription?
Definitely. If you're traveling or would like to hold your subscription for any reason, simply log into your account and manage your delivery dates in the My Deliveries tab by clicking on the calendar icon. Or email us at email@example.com and we will take care of it for you! Just make sure that these changes are made prior to Wednesday at 11:59PM EST for the following week's delivery.

When will I be charged?
Once you sign up for your first HelloFresh box you will be charged right away. For all subsequent deliveries you will be charged the Thursday prior to delivery.
How do I deactivate my subscription?
Deactivating your subscription is easy. You just need to go to login to your account and follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings.
2. If there you have more than one subscription, choose the subscription you would like to cancel.
3. Scroll down and click on the Cancel my subscription link on the right side.
4. Fill out the cancellation form and submit to complete the cancellation.
5. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation; please retain this for future reference.
Can I choose my meals?
Yes. You can do so in the My Deliveries section of your account.
Do you offer vegetarian plans?
Yes we do!
Do you offer plans for people with special dietary requirements?
While we do not offer specific dietary plans, our ingredients are delivered to you in separate packets. If you have any specific dislikes you can simply omit or replace these ingredients at home.
Do you offer plans for singles?
Our entry level subscription feeds 2 people. We have many single-person households as customers who chose the 3-meal plan for 2 people, and gain eternal popularity with their friends or have amazing leftovers for lunch!

We deliver to Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Maritimes. More information here.
When do you deliver?
We deliver on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week and deliveries typically arrive between 9am-5pm. We also offer Monday delivery to select areas! Check your account settings for availability.
What if I am not at home to accept the delivery?
Not to worry! If you are not home during delivery, our courier will drop the box off at your front door (or wherever you specify in your Delivery Instructions).
If you live in an area where a box cannot be easily left, we suggest one of the following solutions:
Provide the address of a helpful neighbour that will be home during the delivery window and can accept your package for you.
If you live in an apartment building or condominium, ask your concierge to receive the box for you, or give buzzer instructions to the courier via the Delivery Instructions to leave the box safely inside the building lobby or hallway.
Have the box delivered to your work place.
Have the box delivered to a nearby business or restaurant that won't mind you picking up the box at a later time that day.
How does the food stay fresh in transit?
All of our boxes contain an insulated liner and ice packs to keep your food fresh until you get home the night of delivery.

Will my groceries stay fresh for the week?
Your groceries will stay fresh for the duration of the week. Our recipes are created using ingredients that stay fresh long enough for you to enjoy them in the week you have received them. If we include
ingredients that need to be used sooner rather than later (such as fish) we will suggest that you prepare them at the beginning of the week with a sticker on the box that says, "Make me first!"

HelloFresh works closely on recipe development with a team of in-house chefs and our dietitians ensure you get a balanced meal on the table!

How many calories do your meals have?
Generally our meals contain anywhere from 500-800 calories each. You can find specific nutritional facts on our recipe cards online and in your HelloFresh delivery.
Which ingredients do you assume I have at home?
All you need to have available at home is salt, pepper, sugar, milk, a good cooking oil, and butter. We'll give you the rest!
